Danny Medina yesterday (California). Figured I'd hear back from him by now regarding the status of my parts - but nothing.

Anyone have any luck hearing back from this guy when e-mailed? Does he take a week, month, year to get back to his customers? - Jim

I'm sure they just haven't responded coz all the support staff are working hard on the production line to get our recall kits to us as quickly as possible /emoticons/emotion-1.gif

I got a rsponds to a letter that I wrote. It was the standard bull, that ready did not answer or address any of my problems.

ordinarily, I get right through on the backdoor, non-toll-free to Yamaha. However, every time I've tried today, the line's been busy.

Will you people please get off the phone threatening Class Action Lawsuits for a $16 check -- I am trying to get through!!
