I am trying to interface a Yoshimura TRS slip-on with the stock headers and am in need of a welder to handle the transition from stock pipesto the muffler. If anyone knows a good fabricator or has access to welding equipment I would gladly compensate forany assistance.

Thanks in advance.

Do you have a hacksaw?

Most auto parts stores sell tail pipe reducers, find one that fits the od of the exhaust pipe & the id of the muffler.

The problem with the stock exhaust is that the outlet points outboard just a bit. Just slipping on a muffler with a straight inlet the muffler will be angled away from the bike at the rear.

Make a pie shaped cut in the adaptor & bend it so you have an angled adaptor.Cutthe angle a little at a time until you have the muffler sitting at the angle you like. Take the adaptor to a muffler shop or weld shop & have it welded.
