Removing the cover side that unlocks the seat gave me the space needed to remove that nut on the clutch side ….finally moving forward cleaned everything up and gave the 2 studs another Squirt of PB blaster .. gonna let sit a few days .

The power of PB Blaster … it helped have someone on the other side to make sure the nuts were tight before taking them out on the rear

Another helpful thing was I use the front nut for the inner part of the double nut Method then one of the locking nuts from the rear for the outer so it would not back out on me

I know you are right. I forced myself to remember when dealing with aluminum holes that they are delicate and I did as much by hand as possible.
