Wow! That's handy! I've been using a macro I recorded in Corel Photo Paint to do mass resizing - this looks a lot more simple to use. I also downloaded that Webcam Timershot (takes pictures with your webcam at preset intervals and saves the images). I'll have to see what what my wifes does by herself all day!
You could try Irfanview, it's a viewer/editor. You can resize under the "Image" menu. Works w/ Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP. Here's a link:

Love that little program. Not only can you re-size, but you can even batch rename your files with it, do some minor editing all in a little 1mb download.

A simple thing to do is use the Paint program on you PC. Open the photo, click on the Image tab, then click on stretch/skew. Change the vertical and horizontal to 50% or whatever size you want and re-save the smaller file.
