I test rode a Warrior a few years back and LOVED it. I wasn't really into the whole cruiser thang back then but I filed the Warrior experience away. Fast(or slow actually) forward to this past September and I have finally had enough of terrorizing the backroads with a sportbike and decided to get out of that scene. I started doing trackdays and eventually roadracing and the track environment is so much more fun than the street it makes high speed riding on public roads seem pointless. Anyway, I put the 10R up for sale started looking for a Warrior. The search ended today. I traded the 10R in on a maroon(color?) 2005 Warrior. I got it for a pretty good price, 8500 and the gave me a fair trade in for my 10R, only 500 less than I was willing to take in a private party transaction so I was happy. I rode it home, 110 miles, this afternoon and except for the rain that hit me about half way, I really enjoyed it. Anyway, here is a pic of it. I hope the Warrior and the Harley get along well tonight[/emoticons/emotion-2.gif]

Thanks guys. The bike is great but I need to do something with the exhaust. It has Cobra angled slashcut pipes on it and while they sound fine(a bit loud) they are kinda irratating when doing anything off throttle. I don't mind a little jake brake sound but these seem to be a little much. I wonder if I can get baffles for them to tone that part down a smidge? Anyway the bike also has a Speed* intake on the right hand side and just over 2K miles so all in all I was pretty pleased with the deal. I plan on riding this weekend and I hope to have the rear fender chopped and maybe a baffle installed in the pipes. Thanks again!
