What you really want is the electrical primary wire routes and the secondary wire routes.
Your Warrior has two coils. Each coil had two secondary wires that go from the coil to the 2 spark plugs in the same jug. One coil serves 1 jug.
Next, the primary ignition wires go from the bike to the coils. Stock coils have push on terminal connections. Dyna coils have screw connections.
Jug #1 is the back.
Jug #2 is the front.
So start with jug1 REAR and follow the two spark plug wires to the ignition coil. That coil also has primary wires that need to be: black/red and Black/orange.
Jug2 FRONT has primary wires that need to be: black/red and black/white.
Recap:
Both jugs share the black/red.
Jug1 gets the black/orange.
Jug2 gets the black/white.
The stock coils are not polarity sensitive however its always safe to make the primary connections consistent between coils (wire them the same). So maybe connect the black/red's to the left connector. And connect the other appropriate wire to each coil's right connector. Or any consistent manner.
The black/red is considered positive feed. So if you have coils marked with + and - signs, connect black/red to + and you're fine.
