easy answer, don't deccelerate. What do you mean by fluttering? Are we talkin about backfiring? vibration in the front? or passing a wet one?
lol..Just the sound that it makes in the exhaust...it sounds almost like paper is stuck in there ...Ya know what I mean?? haha For example ...when a harley declerates....its clean and just teh exhaust sound....on mine..it has a well...fluttering noise lol.. Make any sense??

I posted it in General discussion per the rules stated in the Mods Section that says if you have a question about a MOD to post it in Gen DISC. Keeping the post there and moving it so it can be found is a great help that 99% of other forums do to make it easier to navigate. It also says who moved it and the reason for the move.

Take it up to 5k in first then back off the throttle. Sounds good huh?
Running 950 rpm at idle is one of the problems, the engine is getting to much air from the throttle bodies at low rpm decell. That coupled with the fact you have large diameter pipes. Small diameter pipes will rap off much better & sound better on decell in the lower rpm ranges. If you have baffles in the ends of the pipes that will also kill the "rap". Reason: the baffles act as mufflers but if they are installed in the ends of the pipes there is no tailpipe. The longer the pipe after the muffler or baffle the more it will rap off.
