If I remove bottom of fork. Can I replace fork seal that way? And then fill oil threw the bottom bolt hole??

The forks are designed inverted. Everything comes out the top. Check the free e-copy of the service manual for easiest steps based on what needs to be repaired.

@Volvoec290 ... The removal of the socket head cap screw, and crush washer, in the cast lower fork leg allows separation of the internal cartridge assembly and subsequent seal replacement. The oil is filled from the top side. The fork leg is threaded and grub screwed to the fork tube.

I'm wrong. I wasn't thinking. My bad. I focused on question about refilling fluid thru the bottom screw and glossed right over the seal question.
