Ok. I have a 2008 Warrior which I bought with 3500 miles. It has 7600 now. Bike rides and handles flawlessly..No shimmies, nice neutral turn in etc. Over small bumps, it makes a racket like you might think the head bearings are loose...I raised the bike and grabbed the forks..No play. No flop to one side or the other..Everything seems fine. I checked all fasteners for looseness....Nothing. If I roll the bike slowly and jab the front brake, I get a knocking sound from the front end. I'm stumped. Please help, I love my 2007 FJR but NEED to ride my Warrior again.

Check that the front drive belt pulley is tight. Bend back the tab washers and retorque . They have been known to come loose. Hope this helps .. Frec 🇬🇧
