Not finding a mention of one in the Search area.

I got my hands on a used Gear oil cover (chrome one).
In my efforts to pimp out the bike to match my pimp shoes, fur jacket, and cane, I have decided to put it on soon.

Wondering if there is a gasket behind the cover? Anyone know?

Since I'm going to empty the fluid, change the cover, and refill it, I might as well add a new gasket if there is one behind there.

Nope, no gasket required but you'll reuse the O-Ring on the rear of the fill hole as I recall.
Added: No need to replace the differential fluid as this R&R is done with the bike on its side stand

This is what you'll see after removing the transfer case cover except your ride should be on its side stand to prevent loss of fluid!

Thank you for your detailed information for me to see and for others to use in the future.
I just bought some fluid today so I can flush it all out and replace it. It's been the same gear oil for 18 years (and 512 miles) now.
