First let me say that I would like to strangle the engineer that came up with the way the warrior is put together.

Who's idea was it to put the bolts for the lower handlebar holder underneath the cables/wires.

Two, I cannot find the link I am looking for. Billh had instructions on the handlebar install.

I have the manual, but I don't read anywhere that it is necessary to remove the headlight to change handlebars. I am installing TT's and am halfway thru to completion. What is the best way/method to access the bolts that hold the lower handlebar holder in place? All help is geatly appreciated/emoticons/emotion-1.gif

I just checked Billh's website and it is now closed! :-( http://www.angelfire.com/retro/billh1943/

Anyway, it's not too difficult to remove the headlight. You'll have a straight shot at the bolts after removing it. It's also VERY easy to drill out those wire guides - WAY easier than I thought it would be. They just need to be drilled out a little bit. Find a drill bit just a little larger than the wire guide hole and drill it from the top. It literally took me just a minute or two.
