Hi all. I recorded a short sound file of my HardKrome kickers. I was going to post this under general but the link wasn't working. Anyways, here is the link to the mp3 file (145k):

Ooooooooooooooooweeeeeeeee! I like that sound![/emoticons/emotion-4.gif][/emoticons/emotion-4.gif][/emoticons/emotion-4.gif][/emoticons/emotion-4.gif][/emoticons/emotion-4.gif]
I also like the look of the kickers better than the Big Shots. Any ground-clearance issues? Thanks and excellent job recording!!![/emoticons/emotion-2.gif]

Longdrives, the rattle was the baffle had loosened up. Tightened the bolt and all is well. As far as clearance, no issues at all since they do in fact 'kick' up. Another thing, because they kick up, they are about centered in the middle of the rear wheel. One thing you have to admit is that big old stock can provides a lot of chrome. When yo take it off, you lose a lot of chrome. Where the kickers sit, you don't have the same chrome loss effect as when you put on the big shots which sit lower. The one thing that I do love about the big shots though is that the exhaust exits out pointing rear. The kickers are side exits. Just a thought. The kickers look much better in person than they do in any picture I have seen yet. I bought them cause the big shots were so far back ordered. Wound up being a good decision.

Just listened to this again.
If you could make kicker a sound file about ten minutes long I could play it while a coworker throws bugs at me. At the end of the file they could hand me a beer. Ah the good old days.
It's $#@% 14 degrees out and 1 degree wind chill. I'd kill everyone in this building for ten minutes on my bike.
