I just finished installing the Baron's stealth BAK (with AIS block off) and PC111 on my warrior. Everything else is stock. I used the map off of Baron's web site. The bike just does'nt run right. The gas light keeps coming on with a full tank, the bike backfires pretty bad, and it lacks the power I had hoped to gain. Seems like I must have failed to hook something back up correctly. I also can't figure out where the gas tank vapor line (with the T) goes. Any help would be great!!!

Sounds like you did not seat one of the fuel dry breaks, that would explain the fuel light and running like crap. Cannot remember the vent line change and I am not home to check. How did you like those directions from Barron's? My neighbor's seven-year-old daughter could have explained it better!

Yeah, I had to rely on Redhorse's directions to get me through it.
I did connect the dry break (so that's one problem off the list)
T #57 is the fitting I'm having trouble with. I know it goes up to the tank, but where does the other connection go to? Does it get capped? Also, does the AP sensor go without a hose on the relocation plate? Thanks for the help!

I capped off the line. Still runs the same. It's idling low (almost dying), sluggish. I have to give it alot of gas to move. Any other suggestions? I noticed that the front right spark plug cable seemed to be a little short with the relocation plate. Anyone else have this problem?

Well, that helped I'm sure. However, it idles rough and wants to die now and then.
It tends to backfire pretty badly as well. Could my stock pipe be causing me problems? Bad map maybe? I guess I'll just take it in and have a diagnostic ran on it if I can't figure it out. I just hate handing out the big bucks to the dealership just to have them tell me I had a wire crossed.

Adjust the idle so that it is 900-1000rpm, this should get rid of some of the 'trying to stall' scenario.

Backfiring means you have an inaccurate map, your stock pipe is not a problem. Your dealer will not be able to do anything about the map as they do not have any custom mapping facilities (unless they are an approved dynojet centre). I would suggest that you just put a zero map in the power commander and try that for now.
