Help - Throttle Position Sensor

I was involved in an accident in August. A car hit me and my bike hit on the right hand side. I have removed the AIS, the stock air box, and installed a Power Commander III. When splicing into the Throttle Position Sensor wiring (yellow wire) I noticed the TPS was broken. The TPS has an adjustable mounting bracket. Mine was mounted to the extreme left rotation (counter clockwise) position. Question: Do they all mount back at the same position or is this something that needs to be adjusted? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Testing:
1) adjust your idling speed to 850~950 rpm.
2)disconect the tps coupler.
3)connect a tester for resistance(ohm x 1k)
positive - blue cable side of the tps (right side)
negative - black cable side of the tps (left side)
4)the resistance must be 4.0~6.0 k ohm at 68 farenhight

If out of measure, change tps.
If in range, calculate the max resistance when throttle is closed. Ex.
if your number was 4.56 them 4.56x.13=593 and 4.56x.15=684
So your resistance range is 593~684
5) Connect the tester again
positive- yellow cable side on tps (middle)
negative- black cable side on tps (left)
Measure the resistance. If in range as calculated =ok
If not lift the throttle body assembly slightly out of the intake manifolds. Loosen the tps screws.
With tester still connected adjust the tps angle within the specified range.
6)tighten the screws.
End.
push and hold both buttons on the tachometer and turn swich key on (red button on too)Hold for 8 seconds. release and push and hold for 2 seconds.
the number reflected is the tps in closed position. Now turn the throttle wide open and see the number reflected. closed 15~20 open 95~100. You can adjust the tps using this setting but never out of max resistance range.
Them if you have a PC111 adjust the tps settings on it as http://www.rswarrior.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=19761
Excuse me for my written english.Thanks.
