Did you check the fuses in the black box under the seat?

 

I checked the main 30amp fuse and all of the individual fuses in the small black box, all of them were OK. Is there anywhere else that I should be looking?

 

there could be a fuse inside the headlight assembly. maybe someone here with a shop manual could tell you.

 

Make sure you have a good ground. Recheck your conections.

 

check and see if you hooked your horn wires up correctly, may of switched them up.

 

All I can say is to re-check your wiring and check all the small red 10 amp fuses. There are no fuses in the headlight.

 

I doubt very much that the Horn has anything to do with the circuit pertaining to what you mentioned. My educated guess will bring me back to the rear tail light where you had to re-wire. Wire's are either crossed or not properly grounded or pinched, frayed leads groundeing themselves out etc. Did you forget to plug in any of the connector's? The problem lies where you moved or rerouted those wires or re-wired them.

Fixed it. Like you said, I went over every single wire inch by inch until I came to the left side horn location where there was some pretty loose looking wires. Euro Spec bikes don't have two horns, we just have the front horn so I decided to relocate to where you guys have your second horn. Wires were touching and obviously had a bad connection. All is now well and I thank all of you Gentlemen for your advice and assistance.
