Wow you guys are harsh, I think it looks wild, although it'd look better parked than ridden.
Direct drive is basically an elimination of the belt drive system and transfer case. What you end up with is a sprocket on the output shaft from the transmission. It reduces weight and static power loss from the transfer case. The conversion ends up with a chain as the final drive.

I like it. How can you go wrong with a Warrior engine in a good looking chopper frame. Not over the top but still somewhat different. If I had money I would bid on it.

I've commented on this in the past. Not too many people seemed even remotely interested. I know chains can be a pain, but I keep hearing that the new ones of today are self lubricating, and require a lot less maintenance. Not to mention all the gearing options. I believe Britt MotorSports was also working on a right side drive option. I wonder why no word from OE, weren't they the first to do something like this?
