If you mean the 'Attachment' thumbnails that you click on:
Use the 'Go Advanced' option and scroll to 'Manage Attachments.'
Or if you mean smaller pics in the body of the post, you first re-size them with something like Windiows Resize or a free photo re-sizer like from CNET etc. then host them and add code into your post as usual.
