How would you rate the difficulty of some Mods?

Of the mods you have completed. How would you rate them in terms of difficulty? It's going to be hard to judge what is difficult or a 10. As everyones definitition of difficult may be different.

I get PMs & emails asking how difficult it is to do some mods all the time. (I don't mind answering any of them.) [/emoticons/emotion-1.gif] But, I would like to see how the rest of yall feel?

I'm just going to list the moderate to the more difficult mods that I've done. Not bolting on of ordinary chrome accessories and taking stuff off the Warrior.

On a scale of 1 to 10 stars, with 10 stars being difficult.

[*]AIS: 3.5 Stars (Baron's poor intructions didn't help)
[*]BAK & LCV/sensors relocation: 7 Stars (made my own plate)
[*]Radius bar or handlebar internal wiring: 8 Stars
[*]Power Commander (PCIII) install: 1 Star
[*]Krank Vent install: 1 Star
[*]Mud flap reduction: 1 Star[/list]

List the other mods you've do... such as:
Exhaust, Polishing rims, LEDs, etc...

Now, if I had to do them again... the star ratings would be lower.

But, I tried to rate them honestly by taking a few factors into consideration. At the time I did the mods: what did I know about the Warrior & mods AND what information/tips/instructions I had available about the mod.

Before doing the mods on the Warrior, I have never made my own plates or brackets out of aluminum, I've never had worked with fiberglass and making fiberglass molds. I did have experience with working with electronics and doing wiring.

homade BAK 6. i had a steep learning curve with a grinder and stainless. much easier with aluminum, but i like to do it the hard way.

cutting long shotgun cobra pipes 3. the cut was a compound mitre on each. looks like short slashers that were ground off when leaning in a curve to hard.

ais blockoff with homade plates 1

rear tag bracket 10. made 5 before i liked the way they fit and looked. some fell off and got bent. now it looks like the one that used to be on the yammaha site"fender eliminater"

basic maintance w/o lift 5. it sucks being on your back and can't get wrenches under this sled.
