I have been trying to post since last night and it keep telling me either that the network is busy or page not found. I also have to reload pages very often because they dont load on the first attempt. Any suggestions?

I too have been having this problem. It has been discussed with my hosting company, and they will hopefully have it resolved soon.

I have a few sites hosted with this company and all of them are starting to get this problem. If they dont fix it soon I may be leaving them.
