This might be a dumb question but wouldn't the status of newbie and warrior be more like what we are? Except for Mr. Confused and Mod Man of course.

The title "Warrior" is part of the grading or posting system. Once you get a certain number of post you will earn the title Warrior. So, get posting if you ever want to be a Warrior.
