I hit my horn the other day and WOW to my surprize its been Up graded.. Sounded like a Boat horn and its hidden in the Cowl...

 

Maybe you should run out and buy a lottery ticket! Afterall, it really is your lucky day.

Back to the horn topic. I do love the horn's on our beloved Warrior's. Sounds more like a car horn.

 

If I come up on traffic behind someone turning left I ALWAYS move to the right side of my lane and slow down. People will get you in a second in that situation.

Gotta keep your wits about you when out riding, too many people in their own little world not thinking about what they're doing - that could be lethal!

Tim, Full Moon was Saturday. But some jerks take a while to get the message.

I forgot, on my commute I'm super extra vigilant around day care centers and "Drunken Donuts"!

 

Those little incidents are little wake up calls.

Sounds like a fairly normal day here in sunny nobody can drive worth a crap Florida!

The only time I remember to blow the horn is when I'm moving down the road at 70 mph - definitely can't hear it at that speed.

 

If people can't hear my exhaust, there is no way they will here the horn.

 

I've given up trying to find that button when I need it. Much easier and louder to pull in the clutch and scream the motor.

DUDE Gunny! That's perfect!! I don't know why I didn't think of that before! My dad had air horns on his Volusia and they were crazy loud, so I wanted to get some for the Warrior that should be in my near future, but I couldn't think of a place to mount them where they wouldn't look goofy. That's a great idea. Thanks!

learn something everyday.. all this time I have been using my finger and now I hear this thing has a horn... brb gonna go out and try it...

 

Lately it has been terrible with all the people cutting me off, I am about ready to install a large pocket of ballbearings somewhere within quick reach, if they didn't see me before, they will be paying more attention now![/emoticons/emotion-2.gif]

 

I come from a very superstitious family and to this my grandmother would freak and tell you to put it away for a couple of days. The first week I owned a motorcycle I almost got hit, t-boned or whatever at least 20 times. Sorry Gram! Now i've got a warrior and still can't put it away, clos calls or not.

 

That's why horns were born,toget the a$$ holes to notice you not that it will
help!!!
