Ordered some parts from J&P Cycles, for my Christmas present this year. Wife told me to go shopping for myself. Gave me the order number on the phone, told me that it would be 7 to10 working days for order to arrive due to it being close to Christmas (I was thinking 15 to 20 days). Order cameto the house 5 days later, everything was there. A little more expensive than motorcycle suprestore or Phat's, but I live in Iowa and try to supprt the people that do business here when I can. Enjoyed doing business with them. They still had my bike model and year on file from when I ordered the catalog.

It's good to know there are still businesses that value their customers and meet or exceed expectations on service, delivery and quality.

I have dealt with them before and never have a problem.Sometimes I would rather pay a little more and know what kind of service I am getting.
