DarkStar you got the answer i was looking for but coudn't find. I have one **** of a time hanging on with both hands even with the new corbin seat. couldn't imagine laying down a power shift with only one hand on the bars.

I'm thinking it's simple enough that you can make'em yourself.

From the stories I have read about that bike builder, a lot of what goes on hisbikes, he finds and changes a little to work for his needs. The intakes on the carbs are found items and the finish on the engine is from a rattle can of paint.

Maybe look around for a motorcycle shift lever that will fit the splines on our bike, cut it short, polish it up and figure out a way to put a nice threaded shift ball on the end from your local speedshop. ****, drill out an 8-ball and put that on there. It's a hotrod after all...have fun with it.

Or look on the custom Harley sites. I bet you'll find one.

If you make one yourself, you'll sure like it a whole lot more. =)

 

Definately. I totally there with the 8 ball idea. Maybe not a full size one. But isn't there like table pool or something with half size balls?

Yes! I emailed a custom cycle shop to see what they thought about it. I might email Exile Choppers to see if they would fab it up and how much it would cost.

or maybe just modify a regular shift lever like this one...You might ba able to get it to fit on the shaft...I'd have to look at a HD to see how they mount up. Blech.

 

Ok guys - I don't know squat about this - but if you are using your left hand to SHIFT with the knob lever, how are you holding the clutch?
