something doesnt look right with the peg adapters i installed.the only thing keeping them from pushing to the grond is a small allen head screw?has anyone else questioned this?and what is the small,not flat two pieces of metal for?

I put on iso wings with the 8812 adaptor. I just ran the allen screw tight. It's not gonna go anywhere and does keep the pegs/adaptors from going any further down. As for the two slightly curved pieces, I put one with each adaptor between it and the inside of the u-shaped peg mount. I believe it's for keeping some tension on the peg assemble at all times. I also put locktite on all of it, but I put locktite on everything.
