Hi all...question..I cant find in here...but im sure it is..Having problems with the lightning kit. Everything went together well except for the extension for the rear brake. Cant get it to thread. I know ive read something on it...Can anyone help. I guess i have to run a die on it. But what size bolt and threads...what size die do I need. Thank

Try cleaning the threads (like you said) but if it won't work and you don't want to pull it all apart, just let me know because I've got a spare one that I'm not using.
