Hey what do you guys think? I just finished this mod and installed it last night. The pattern is to match my frame inserts. Sorry had trouble uploading pics so I will add them to my gallery.

Thanks for all the compliments. The pictures dont really do it justice though. No, the dyno sheet shown was for a stock motor with just a BAK, pipes and PC3 w custom map. I have to upload some newer pics of my bike, I have modded a bunch lately. The weather is kind of against me for a new custom map, but soon as spring comes I will post the new dyno sheet. I would consider selling some of the parts, but the costs would be outragous. I am fabbing these pieces with your standard tools at home. I dont have any machining equipment, other than a drill press, welder and belt sander. Everying was made by hand with a jig saw, dremel and files. What I trying to say is I have to much time into these pieces, plus the cost of chrome isn't cheap either. Thanks for the interest though. Hopefully, if I get some extra time I will get something together for site givaway.

manawar, there is no link for the pulley mod. It is not to hard though. Cut a 4.25 inch hole in the stock cover, clean it up and paint it satin black. Then send out your stock front pulley for chrome. The cover over the retaining nut is a little tricky. It is a stem nut cover for a roadstar. The nut cover has to be machined out to fit over the retaining nut, (I used a dremel). Once you get that fitted add a couple more set screws to hold it in place, (comes with only one). Lastly, it must be rechromed also. Good luck

I bet it did take a lot of time, but considering the fact that I have all of the tools you mentioned except for the welder I should be able to fabricate some of the parts myself, so thanks for the inspiration!
