Just talked to md wright today.(talked to Michael)
http://www.flashalert.com/start.htm

They can do the warrior tail light mod now!! This integrates the turn signals into the rear LED tail light. They basicly convert the LED light into two LED lights. This way either side can blink for turn signals and both side can come on for braking etc....

They currently modify the LED tail light and then have a small box external to the light that controls everything. They tell me that in a few months they will have a setup that has all the electronics internal to the LED light (i.e. no external control box).

I am sending mine in tommorow. cost is about 100 bucks or so.

Hey Cmos9, ask them if they can do any quantity discounts. Even if they can't, please give us some contact info, so when we call we don't have to start from the beginning. I bet quite a few people from this forum would kill for this mod. I know I would. I have been holding on to an RG side mount license bracket for 6 months cause I can't find a turnsignal option that I like. This is the one I have been waiting for.

Barons had a tail light/turn signal setup at the laughlin river run. What it consisted of was this. They clipped (it looked internal to the assy) about 2" off each end of the tail light and turned them into turn signals. It had a great look to it. I'v talked to barons about this but haven't recieved a answer of when/if/cost they are going to sell something (for the stock fender).

Does this tail light need a load resistor to keep the computer happy?

I installed yellow LED's into the lens inside the taillight. I drilled 24 holes (12 in each tip), glued in the LED's and wired 'em through a resistor. The cool thing is, the stock red ones show through them, until they light up. It really looks great. Totally invisible. They blink a bit fast, but that's cool with me.
I get LED's at superbrightleds.com

Hello everyone! I am Michael Wright of M. D. Wright, Inc. We make the Integrator Kit, and do the brake light / turn signal mod.
So, here is the deal. We can do the install now, and it works great, but we have to use an external modified Integrator which you would have to secure to your bike. In about a month - maybe two, we will have the internal version complete. In this scenario, we will mount the RS Warrior Integrator board inside your brake light assembly. This will be a show quality piece. We prefer doing it this way, because it is a much cleaner install. Either way, it will operate the same. As for a forum member group discount,we will take $5 off the installation, and we also have a $5 (10%) off the Integrator for our annual holiday special.
Exchange option: when we do get the new control board done, we will also offer an exchange program. With this option, we will have some factory tail lights already modified with the new Integrator board. We would send it to you with a core charge, and you would get a credit back when we receive your light (Only if it is in new condition!) This way your bike is down for 15 minutes or so, versus a week or more due to shipping). The exchange program is normally $25, but since the holiday special will be over, we will offer it to forum members for $20, that way you will still have $10 off the total price, which would be $119.95.
Finally, if you would prefer the internal Integrator, and want the Holiday special too, you can pre-purchase the mod before Dec 31.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you
Michael
