Yes it's direct bolt on. The only modification was a little Dremel work on the under side for the dummy bolt at 12 o'clock so I could put a nut on it.

Yes I already did it prior to me installing it on my bike.

It's the factory links with the factory spring that I removed when I put in the PCS lowering links and progressive spring.
