IMO the common threadmay be that a lot of these guys might be buying a 600cc or liter class sportbike as their first ride, which in my opinion is gambling with your life.

similar story for the Army. lots of procedure to jump hoops through just to earn the privelege to ride

Jason Britton did an episode on SUPERBIKES about the same thing. They did a stunt show for the soldiers but the purplse was to teach the military personnell the imprtant of safety gear.


Does seem to have a valid point.
