I downloaded an earlier ver. of firefox months ago and now cant stand IE, If people d/l it and give it a chance youll see what I mean. The tweaks make a noticeable differance on pages useing lots of bandwidth.

To those who are interested some of these tweaks are available for IE if your comfortable with regedit

I like firefox.
I gave up on IE over a year ago, it's the biggest security leak ever invented. There really is no MS stuff that's not a virus, worm, hacker magnet but fortunatly, their products allow the brain-dead to pretend to be computer literate. Everybody and their brother is a VB programer and all of their baby brothers are writing hacks and worms.

Always prefered Netscape to IE anyway and of course Mozilla Firefox is the base code for Netscape. Been using Firefox for quite a while. Those tweaks do help.

Hate IE, won't use it anymore. Been using Mozilla for a while. Works great, except I can't get my mouse wheel to scroll. I'll trade that off for having a program that doesn't lock up once and hour or more.

Mouse wheel works fine for me. You might have to download and re-install your mouse software.

The few bugs I have seen from this RSW site is the emotion smileys and formatting buttons in the Detailed Reply screen don't work like they should.

If you press on any emotion smileys or formatting buttons, the forum codes go to the very bottom of the post, instead of where you want it. I wonder if CarKnee can fix that[?]

Also, I miss the ieSpell checker that I use all the time in IE. I'll have to look for a Spelling checker for Firefox.

A spell check does exist for FireFox. I used it with a very early FF Beta. As for the code formatting and smilies... I noticed it too. I will see what I can do, but right now I am working on other features for the site.
