This isn't good enough... I can't risk the fact that I may never receive the order all the way from the States with no tracking details?? C'mon, you need to contact your shipper and supply me with the tracking details ASAP!!

This isn't very good customer service guys, just cause I can't come there in person to chase you up doesn't mean that I deserve to receive crappy service...

It is our policy to ship overseas the quickest was posible with the monies we collect because it usually takes days of back & forth emails to figure out how customers want it sent & delays the order even more. We use the 6 to 10 day service though USPS. Most of the time - "Most of the time" - packages arrive within about 14 business days (sometime much earlier).

I'll check on the tracking #. We usually have something such as the customs form.

I've been gone to the Polaris dealer show & didn't get back until yesterday so I will check into this a little further and see what I can dig up.

Emails....

A little over 2 weeks ago we changed how we were going to respond to emails. Basically when you send me an email - I am generally not the person that actually handles that email. There is no way I can because of the sales duties I have. I forward that email to a box set up for Phillip & Ike to check. Now when they see an email they are "supposed" to forward it to their email & then handle it. Sounds complicated but it's really very simple.

We are getting a FLOOD of emails. Before I would send it to Ike & Phillip both, then at the end of the day nobody really knew who handled (or was supposed to handle) what.

I realize that I may be opening a can of worms here but that's OK because I want our place to do better & if there is a problem that keeps reoccurring after these changes - I need to know. The more we grow, the more we have to try & adapt - believe me that is hard when you open another site (MotorSportsSuperCenter.com) & almost double your e-business within 2 months.

What's going on with these guys. I have ordered a couple of times from them and been happy. But, recently it took them 2 weeks to get back to me about a price request. Also, I ordered a tool from them on August 26th. I have not received any word about this order other than the initial confirmation email. I have emailed them twice to ask about this order and have gotten no response. I don't understand.

I received the parts, and all fitted thanks, but if you want an order for forwards, grips & passanger pegs, PM me or give me a reply on the site soon, because I want to be ordering in the next few days.

 

Just received my third (or fourth?) order from the MSSS. This one came in at record time. 12 working days from when I placed the order online to it landing on my door step in Australia, and it was posted on the cheap via USPS. Can't complain about that.
