The other topic is 18 pages long so let's start again....

First - Remember that we will beat any TYD (To Your Door) price on genuine Yamaha Star accessories by 1%. That's 1% not $1. This is price PLUS the shipping that other companies are changing.

Second - The extra 6% discount coupon is continued through May 31. That code is RSW6. Just enter RSW6 into the coupon field for an EXTRA 6% OFF the already discounted price & we still ship orders for $5.95.

Even if it doesn't accept the coupon code put the RSW6 code in the comments field and we will make sure you get the additional discount. I think it'll be close on this dollar amount & shipping between both sites.

why does the motorsportssupercenter.com not provide an email confirmation regarding orders? I get no confirmation but my CC gets promptly charged. All reputable motorcycle sites provide instant confirmation and delivery/tracking number information.

If you placed an order online you should have gotten a confirmation email almost immediately. The system is set up to do this automatically.

You ordered from Motorsportssuperstore.com or Motorsportssupercenter.com?....I ordered from the MSSC.com (which I think is an affiliate) and did not receive a confirmation. With MSSS.com you can at least check the status of your order on the website.

Same thing happened with an order I recently received from them.. I called and they said they were backed up with sending the notifications... I got my notification that the package was sent the next day (the package arrived that day as well.)

Both sites are set up to send a confirmation as soon as an order is placed. I have heard some comments about the SuperCenter site not sending them out but that was when we first got it up and running earlier in the year. They worked on it & since I haven't heard any complaints but please let me know if it starts happening again.

We did get behind on sending out tracking numbers several months back. We've always been a little lax on this in my opinion but now we have 1 person that handles this every day that he works so I hope that little problem is solved.

Scott I figured out what I was doing wrong with the sites but ran into another problem. On one site, motorsportssuperstore you have part # STR-4XY62-03-BC but not on the site I need to order from which is motorsportssupercenter. Can you fix this so I can place the order or let me know what to do.

The parts I want are:
STR-4XY62-03-BC
STR-4XY62-50-00

Just to make it clear. Almost every part on my bike that came from Yamaha has come from MSS. I was surprised to see a post go days without a reply from Scott and realized others might be doing the same since Scott is usually very quick to reply, within a day or two. That is why I was wondering if he was on vacation, which he was gone, since it had been so long without a reply. I was not inferring there was anything wrong with their service, in fact while I was waiting I ordered other parts from them, I was giving a possible explanation for why he had not replied in case anyone that had not done buisness with them before was wondering.

Hi Scott, I would like to order a 33 tooth 2003 1600 Roadstar front pulley and a new design washer and bolt from a 2006 Roadstar Warrior. I would like to know if the pulley is steel or aluminum and a price to ship to zip code 02148. I believe they are,
