The other topic is 18 pages long so let's start again....

First - Remember that we will beat any TYD (To Your Door) price on genuine Yamaha Star accessories by 1%. That's 1% not $1. This is price PLUS the shipping that other companies are changing.

My computer is down @ home due to some remodeling we are doing to my house & I haven't been on the site in a while so I am sorry I have not answered this. Have you called in or do you still need an answer on this?

Called for you last week Scott but you were tied up in a meeting, talked with Phillip in parts and he took care of me, rocked me some great prices on some OEM stuff to fix Old Red back up.

Keep it up.

Regarding order No:532777


I placed my ordernearly 9 weeksago and was charged the full amount about 8 weeks ago. I have since been advised there is an item still not in but no reason why. Discontinued? Back-order? Jason said he would ship the order minus the missing part 2 weeks ago and now nothing. No tracking number and no replys to my emails all last week.


This is about the 6th order I've placed with MSSS and the worst service by far. Also the first time you have forwarded my initial order inquiry to someone else instead of replying yourself (coincidence?).Your service until now has been hard to fault.


Please let me know what's going on over there.

The chrome fenderstays are not in yet we have the 2 tee shirts. The infant onesie has been discontinued (recieved by accident). What do you want me to do? Keep in mind that shipping to Australia can be expensive.

Those fender stays have been a real big backer issue problem for us. Yamaha actually called us to see if we had any left a few months ago. We can get those 2 shirts out. Jason has got your order on his desk to give you a credit on the 1 shirt that is discontinued so that will get done today.

Do you want us to go ahead & send the 2 shirts that are here?
