It's easier on us trying to help you if you keep topics together http://rswarrior.com/forums/t/122997.aspx we won't take it personally if you reject our responses because its always possible to mis-communicate. No worries. But its up to you to check out the items you want to buy, all we can do is point you in a known direction.

Seat - '02 '03 Modified for '04+:

2 http://rswarrior.com/forums/t/48909.aspx

One of these shows the needed mod for this seat, and the underpan shown has the part number for the rider (solo) seat that particular member purchased so that you can compare to the Mustang website. Check with that member for any additional details however from the posted info here, and others you can find in a 'Mustang Seat' search, its a snap. That being said I haven't done this mod since I happen to have an '03 (see gallery).

This is the seat on Mustang's website, call them 800-243-1392 to verify the part# shown in the above link is the part# of the solo seat within the set. If it is, then the link is an example of the minor mod needed:

Here is another example installed (same seat without backrest option):

Thanks Arizona, model 79314 is the one that Raven6869 bought on ebay already modded and used the oem pillion which I intend to do. In my opinion it looks fine with the Yammi piece and the wife doesn't ride anyway.I don't know how I missed it I read through all my searches. I wasn't getting any responses to my querries so thats the reason for multiple questions I do appologize.
