Did you check the headlight with the motor running? It won't go on just by turning the key on, motor has to be running. If you shut the bike off with the kill switch the headlight will stay on untill you turn the key off.

did you check the fuses? It should be the top fuse in the fuse box under the seat. 15 amp.

 

seems stupid but when you had the h,light out did you dislodge the plug non the h,light bulb,,just check,its easily done...wolfy

 

Check that none of your turn signal wires are earthing, I had an earth and my lights wouldn't come on. It also blew a fuse.

 

IF the headlight is plugged in & high & low beam do not work its a fuse or the ground for the headlight is not connected.
