Okay, I did the install for the Barons Radius Bars (major bitch if running wires internal) anyway, after i finished and was checking all connections, i pushed the left turn signal, and the green indicator light refuesd to go off, along with the actual signal never working (right one works though). I took the bike out for a ride and everything was cool, except for the left green indicator.

Ran good, everything as normal. However, after i ate dinner, i got on and the bike ran for 20 ft, and stalled. Engine light came on. I turned the bike off twice and then it finally allowed me to start it again. So I took it home.

Got off the bike in my driveway to open the garage door. Came back tried to turn it on and the check engine light came on and it won't start. I then began to hear a very loud clicking coming from the bottom of the bike, almost sounded like it was coming from near the cam cover, but i could be wrong...any idea what is going on?

Did you do anything else to the bike at the time you were doing the bars?
If not, then you need to may need to pull the whole handlebar wiring job apart. I know it sounds like a nightmare but that's exactly what happened to me. Look at the electical schematic and see if you can figure out which wire is probably shorting out by comparing it the electronics that aren't working right.
Mine was a popping fuse whenever I used the right turn signal. Turns out one of the wires had lost it's insulation while being pulled through the handlebar and was shorting against the inside of the handlebar. That's when I switched to 20 ga. so the wires would fit easier. I ended up doing the whole job over again.
Giant pain but you want to get it right. Has been working fine ever since.

After I had installed the BAK I had an engine light issue and loud clicking upon attempted starting, as if the battery was dead. Sometimes it would start, sometimes it wouldn't. I had forgotten to torque down the ground from the battery to the frame. Could be that you have an exposed wire somewhere in the handlebars grounding out.

Good luck...
