I have the front end apart and need to know how to get the bearings off the lower triple clamp. Also, on the upper triple clamp, how to get the ignition off the clamp. Thanks guys.

Well after several attempts, I cannot figure this out. The ignition is attatched to the triple clamp, but the screws do not have a head to put a screwdriver, allen, or anything on. Sorta looks like when you put one of those caps on a allen bolt, but one solid piece. I am baffeled and the whole front of the bike is off.
The bearings should be loose. The upper bearing race should slide off which allows you to pull off the T-Tree. I think you can press the steering shaft through the bottom tree, when you do this the bottom race will slide up, otherwise you need a cold chisel and a hammer to drive it up. The ignition switch has two ?threaded? blind pins. I've seen grooves cut into them with a dremel so you can back them out with a screwdriver. (Haven't tried this yet.) Otherwise I'd drill or dremel the heads off so you can slide the ignition switch off, then pull the pins out of the tree. You might check a sportbike forum for this question too, those guys are replacing trees all the time.
Thanks JP. I tried the dremel thing and put a groove in one and tried to back it out. No luck. I am just gonna drop them off at the shop this morning. What a pain in the ass the way they made it. Yesturday was 70 degrees here and probabily the last nice day we are gonna have. I was trying to get one last ride in, but without a front end, the bike don't handle too good.
warstar, sorry about your luck. I feel your pain man. Mine was in the shop waiting on the recall parts for about 3 1/2 weeks of the most gorgeous weather. Of course it rained the day I picked it up and I got soaked, but you know I rode anyway. What part of PA are you from? My wife's family lives a couple hours east of Pittsburgh.
