If you create a topic in the "Warrior Forums" you will have a checkbox under the text area that asks if you would like to subscribe to this topic.

Not all forums support subscriptions. I beleive it is only set up for the Warrior General Discussion and WArrior Technical discussions. If you reply to a thread in these forums you should have the option of subscribing as well.
