Howdy All....I am a new member here and soon a new owner of the 2007 blue flame warrior....this will be my 1st bike...I am taking my safety course this weekend and will have my license the following Monday...look forward to reading all of the topics and getting great information and feedback from all [/emoticons/emotion-2.gif]

Welcome to the 4M. This is a big, fast first bike. If you have any friends with a big bike, I'd suggest them walking you through handling it. Your training class is well worth it, but you'll probably be riding a light 250cc or so bike...not the same animal as a 650+lb. 1700cc Warrior. Ride safe.

Excelent choice of motorcycle and,a great big welcome to you. The beast has alot more power than you are expecting, I promise. Take it easy on her while you're learning to ride. You chose the right place to come to for support and advice. This forum has alot of info and ideas. There are plenty of people with a vast amount of knowledge about the Warrior on this forum. Welcome to the family. And welcome to the madness that comes with owning a Warrior. Go ahead and start saving money for mods. Trust me when the mod bug bites you are infected for life. Once again welcome the the madness.

One nice thing about getting the Warrior as your first bike is you don't have a slower bike to compare it to. Just go very easy at first and pay very close attention to everyone around you. Only grab a handfull on the straight away's at first until your used to it. Have fun.

Welcome aboard and you will love this bike. You should be fine on this bike, rather start here than on a 1000cc sportbike with 2 1/2 times the HP and half the weight, which seems to be the going thing these days. Let the mods begin!!
