What's up fellow Warriors! I have a 2005 Midnight that I just dumped going up Big Bear Mountain on my way to get tattooed- sucks! Good thing I have insurance- they are paying for everything. This is my first post- so I guess I could use some TLC from the Gang. I suppose even Warriors have feelings under all that steel. [/emoticons/emotion-2.gif]

Glad you are OK, welcome to the best forum on the net.

Please select a different font....my god that is almost unreadable...I need an aspirin...and some glasses....

Sorry you dumped...its a lot of bike to handle.

The Goodnews: You will just get mod fever and probably replace all the parts that you damaged anyway...so don't look at it as a problem....think of it as a kickstart into the addiction of modding your Warrior.

When do you get the bike back? Is is in the shop? Insurance? Pics?

Best.

Chris

EDIT: Oh, thank god someone changed that font...

Don't feel alone. I dumped my '05 Midnight Warrior on a mountain, too. [/emoticons/emotion-4.gif] Welcome.

THANKS FOR ALL THE ENCOURAGEMENT. I KNEW I COULD COUNT ON FELLOW WARRIORS FOR SOME COMPASSION. WELL, MY BIKE IS IN THE SHOP. IT IS COSTING THE INSURANCE CO. $8000 TO FIX. THE GOOD NEWS IS- I WILL BE GETTING THE AFTERMARKET PIPE I WANTED. THE BAD NEWS IS- THEY WILL NOT REPLACE MY LOWER COWL SINCE IT IS AN ACCESSORY ITEM. GIVE AND TAKE I GUESS. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO RIDING AGAIN. IT HAS BEEN WELL OVER A MONTH SINCE THE SPILL. I WILL POST SOME PICS LATER. STAY UP FELLAS! NO CRUSTYSTEEL45 FOR ME THANKS. OH, AND SORRY ABOUT THE FONT- LIKE I SAID, I AM "NEW TO THE CREW".

Don't know when I will get the bike back into my hands. The Insurance Co needs to give the appraiser the green light. Such a slow process. I think I will knock on some doors today to help speed up the process.
