Yah it was, but I just got to ride to the shop to order them. By the time they come in it's supposed to be cold and snowing. Probably dropping the bike off Tuesday for the winter mods and the tires. I think our riding here in the PA mountains is about over. Time to SHOOT DEER!

I ran the original Bridgestones, then Metz, and now Azaro's. The Azaro's are the best of the 3 so far for me.

Mounted a set of the new Avon ST (Storm) tires on Thurday. Will post my thoughts in a few weeks after I get some miles on them, but so far I really like them. Great looking tire....They got to last longer than the stock rubber.

Don't know anyone who races on avons, never seen one in the winner circle, but they do look good

ive only ridden on dunlop stockers or shinko tires....

the dunlops have always done me well, except when the rear was well worn, it had a tendency to lock (not really the tires fault)

shinko tires f'uckin suck....

johns bike has them on the rear, you really have to man-handle the bike to get it to lean, it likes to stand up, and the confidence isnt there.... i hate driving his bike

the profile feels all wrong....

john actually almost wrecked my bike when he first rode it, he nearly "threw" it into the corner as he was used to his bikes tires crappy handling
