PC III mapping question

I am considering getting the PC III along with my new V & H Big Shots. I have seen where you can download custom maps for this modification.

My question is, isn't every Warrior a little different and therefore shouldn't each one be mapped accordingly?

If you don't have it put on the dyno and mapped for your bike, are you any better off with the PC III than just doing the ECU adjustment?

Also approximately what is the cost of have the PCIII mapped for your bike.

I know there has been alot of discussion on the subject, but haven't seen these questions specifically addressed.

Thanks

Having your bike dynotuned at a PCIII Dynojet tuning center would be the ideal. (Cost averages around $200-300.) The next best thing is to find a map off this forum or the Dynojet website that works for a bike with the same mods (same pipes, same BAK or air filter setup)as you have. Then you might make a few edits to the map or the low/med/high range settings yourself.(Cost is free but with some trial and error involved.)
