Hey, I have a 04 warrior with PCIII, i have software on laptop and connected with USB (it is a USB PCIII). The problem is when i turn the key on it recognizes the PCIII and within seconds the software display "The device is not communicating" any ideas what the problem is or if i should reset the PCII. Do i have to have the bike running.

When i turn the key on, the PCIII lights scroll up and down, and that is it, nothing after that?

How can i reset it?

Just fire it up when the laptop is connected and it should be fine. You will see the rpm on the laptop and so forth. If you do not start the bike you will need to hook up the 9v battery.
