Installed the kit, cranked up the pre-load a bunch. By myself no bottoming.
With the wife took a couple chunks out of the tire from bolts inside the rear fender..
Pissed me off. Got under the bike last night and gave it a bunch more pre-load..
I think I'm gonna max it tonight. Not sure if this will solve it though..
I'm 235 and my wife's 130.

Any body having same issue's, only other idea is the 900 lb spring @ barons !!!

riding 2-up haven't scraped... yet. I'm right @ 200 and wife is @ 115. Had to give some preload but am considering a spring upgrade. Is a spring removal tool req'd to get the spring off?

Has anyone combined the PCS with the flip and grind. Was wondering if it was possible.

Ohhh, warstar.. Dont think you would want to do this..
This thing is stuffed, with the pcs alone..
I'm actually thinking of taking it off..
Stuff touches now, that never has before.. (frame rails, tire on fender, lots of pegs, Ect..)
And I don't consider myself an aggressive rider, just cause I like to get out on the tire !!
