I am trying to put a picture on members pics and i dont know how... Can you please help me.

Use the reply to topic link, not the quick reply box.

On that page you should see a paperclip that will allow you to upload an image with your post.

Ok I can get to that screen now.. The only problem now is there is no picture all that comes up is a X in a box... ???? What am i doing wrong?

When you get to the reply screen, below the white box for your reply, there is a paper clip with "Insert an Image File" next to it. Click on this and another box will come up to upload the file, click on browse and find the file you want to upload, then click on the open button, do not double click the file or it will not work.
