I'm running a cobra slipe on w/ a modified baffle , i dont have a pc3 i was wanting to know can i put 2 big filters on top like alot have done w/o adjusting anything or is their something else I can adjust w/o getting a pc3?

If you check the threads on setting the ECU you'll see it's really pretty simple and you should do it by plug color. You are probably going to end up going up 4 to 6 points.
I been playing with this myself after replacing the big right side airbox with two slip on filters on the side (no undertank work) and I started at 4 points and after checking the plugs went up two more. So I agree with Meat' that 4-6 is a a good starting point. You can check the left rear spark plug without removing the tank and only using the tools that come with the bike.
Also, do a search on sparkplug. There was a thread awhile ago that showed photos of plugs affected by different richness of mix.
