Aloha gang, I’m buying a raider swingarm, and rear tire for A Avon 240 tire. Can I use my current baron adjustable links with my baron relay? And how do I get the brake sorted out. Thanks for any help and pics if you have.

I’ve read a lot of posts on this, but still need more info. Brakes, relay, belt size. To bad someone didn’t do a how to video

I do not think you want to use both a lowering relay arm and lowering links. Adjustable links are best. Especially with a wider taller rear tire.

Use the whole Raider rear assembly...it's really that simple!


The Raider pulley is a 66T. You can use your 70T pulley, but since the swingarm pushes the wheel back almost two inches, your stock belt will need to increase in length from 130T to something like 134T. I converted to a 1.5 inch wide belt using 99-03 Road Star XV1600 pulleys and a 136T belt. The rear pulley is a 70T and the front is a 33T.
