I ain't seen one. If you have a pre-2004 model I can't see how you could put one on the stock seat without a homemade major clever modification. I haven't seen the 2004 so I have no idea how the seat attaches.

There are quite a few seats going through the classifieds at good prices these days if you are looking to save a few bucks.

 

I have a backrest on my 2002. I bought the bike used and believe it is homemade. It won't be hard to make. Email me for details.

A backrest for the driver, or the passenger? I was looking for something similar for a stock seat, like a sissy bar or something, and didn't really find anything either, but I only looked for a little bit - cuz - hey it's not my back. hee hee!

I'm looking for a rider backrest. Gunny, I love the one from your reference. Is there one that uses the same mounting system but that is for the rider?

I cant help you with the RIDER backrest but I have a solution for the PASSENGER backrest. Check out my pics in the gallery and if you like, PM me. I have additonal pics I can provide. The backrest is from a HD Deuce and bolts directly to the fender using the holes for the seat bracket that is already there.

 

Thanks, Skungy, but I never carry passengers. I just want to be comfortable myself on long trips. On short trips I don't find a backrest necessary.

speaking of backrests- are there ANY out there (passenger) that are easily removed for solo riding?

my fiance somehow "found out" that theyre available for the Warrior. i had her convinced that there arent any made- but the cats out of the bag now. (i really DONT LIKE the look of a backrest)

so- i basically want to slap it on when shes riding with me- other than that, i dont want it on there.

any ideas?
