I need a set of Riser Bolt Sleeves (Spacers)to be able to mount my new bars. The bolts are too small of a diameter for the stock tree holes. I used to have a set of these sleeves, when I had my Yamaha Billet Handlebar Risers.

They are 1-7/16" (36.5 mm) Long, 17/32" (13.4874 mm) OD, and 13/32" (10.3124 mm) ID.

Does anyone have a set? Can anyone make a set?

Here's a possible solution if you go with the M12 riser bolts: IMHO loose fitting riser bolts will contribute to handlebar vibration
