Hi
Does anyone have the belt width for the Road Star Warrior 1700? Also, the measurement from the front pully to the rear. (center to center) Lastly, belt tooth change. ie: 1 tooth one belt moves rear axle .280 or one tooth change on pully moves axle .280. Are longer belts availabe for these units? I know that's a lot of questions however if there was a dealer close I could try and get this but I'm afraid I'm a bit out in the boonies!

The belt you are looking for is 1 1/8", 133 tooth, 14mm pitch, and yes you can get them with more or less teeth, ie shorter or longer. Check out Phatperformance.com and he has two brands and lots of choices.

Hi Warrior1oz. Phatperformance.com seems to be a link site with a number of affiliates and annoying popups. Do you know which links has the belts? Now that I know the pitch is 14mm, I need one with 150 teeth. Thanks!

I have not seen a 1 1/8" belt with that many teeth, maybe someone makes one, Gates poychain only goes to 139"

The only one I can find centurian is for a V-Rod. It's 1.50 wide, 150 teeth. Wrote to Gates to see if they can narrow a couple up for me. Thanks guys, nice forum here.

You could use a Road Star 1.5 front & rear pulley. Or a rear pulley from a 99 & earlier Harley. I have the Harley rear pulley if your interested.

Thanks Churchkey
I need to stick with the narrower belt. About the best solution I can come up with is to have (or cut myself) the V-Rod belt. I'm told it will stay strong enough.
